Experienced Professionals Guiding You Through The Process

Weberg Law begins with understanding each client’s unique situation. Our skilled facilitators help foster constructive conversations that focus on mutual interests rather than adversarial positions. Through careful guidance, we help identify common ground and develop creative solutions to even the most complex family disputes.

Our team uses their extensive knowledge of Massachusetts family law to provide practical insights throughout the process. They ask critical questions, challenge weak proposals, and help manage emotions to guide parties toward peaceful resolutions despite their differences. This balanced approach helps families avoid the contested divorce process while achieving fair outcomes.

Weberg Law’s team offers comprehensive support for those seeking alternatives to traditional litigation. We create a neutral environment where both parties can express their concerns and work collaboratively toward solutions. This approach is particularly valuable when addressing sensitive matters such as:

  • Child custody arrangements and parenting plans
  • Division of marital assets and property
  • Spousal support considerations
  • Co-parenting agreements

Unlike court proceedings where a judge makes binding decisions, our process empowers you to maintain control over the outcome. This collaborative approach typically results in more personalized solutions that both parties can embrace, while saving time, money, and emotional strain.

What Our Clients Say About Us

It’s hard to give a good enough review after working w Kristin and her associates. We had a rather long, seemingly never ending, emotionally charged and painful case to protect our daughter and try to work through something that would give HER the best outcome to spend time w her biological dad and step mom. Law is CONFUSING and it’s SCARY…but Weberg Law made it so I didn’t have to feel that way. I felt safe and protected knowing they were doing everything in their power to help me but most importantly …to help my daughter. The compassion, but still maintaining the ability to say “stop, think, now make a decision”, was impressive to say the least. The outcome of our case was not the one we had hoped for but not because of Weberg Law, sadly my daughter’s father passed and this became a non issue. However, anything we DID go into court for…was met w nothing but positive results on our end, making me feel safer and safer each time. I had EVERY bit of trust and belief we would go into court each time and come out w a positive solution for our daughter…and we did. Even after her bio dad had passed, Weberg Law was kind and understanding…they helped me close everything out in a time I really needed some extra support. They left kind words and did all they could for my family. I’ll never NOT turn to Kristin and her associates if I need something. They will forever be there if I feel stuck or need something because they truly are just that good at what they do. But more importantly they LOVE what they do and WANT to help.
