Kristin Weberg represented me in what is called a "contentious divorce" for just over a year in 2021-2022. I'm forever grateful to her and her whole team. When I called her that first time, I told her what sounded like an outrageous story. I was in the death throes of an abusive marriage and the deck was squarely stacked against me. She believed me and agreed to represent me. She assisted me navigate an escape from my abuser. When we had to appear in court her professionalism & preparation were unmatched. She successfully petitioned the court to make accommodations so that he couldn't intimidate me. She left no stone unturned. We were successful in completing the divorce with a fair and favorable outcome. Her office as a whole undertook a considerable amount of work on my behalf while at the same time helping to ensure my safety. You can expect to be treated with kindness and dignity. It's so hard to write this because how do you properly explain someone completely going to the line for you in a few sentences? I think the best way to sum it up is this. You want Kristin on your side in the courtroom. If you have the chance to work with her. Run don't walk.

It’s hard to give a good enough review after working w Kristin and her associates. We had a rather long, seemingly never ending, emotionally charged and painful case to protect our daughter and try to work through something that would give HER the best outcome to spend time w her biological dad and step mom. Law is CONFUSING and it’s SCARY…but Weberg Law made it so I didn’t have to feel that way. I felt safe and protected knowing they were doing everything in their power to help me but most importantly …to help my daughter. The compassion, but still maintaining the ability to say “stop, think, now make a decision”, was impressive to say the least. The outcome of our case was not the one we had hoped for but not because of Weberg Law, sadly my daughter’s father passed and this became a non issue. However, anything we DID go into court for…was met w nothing but positive results on our end, making me feel safer and safer each time. I had EVERY bit of trust and belief we would go into court each time and come out w a positive solution for our daughter…and we did. Even after her bio dad had passed, Weberg Law was kind and understanding…they helped me close everything out in a time I really needed some extra support. They left kind words and did all they could for my family. I’ll never NOT turn to Kristin and her associates if I need something. They will forever be there if I feel stuck or need something because they truly are just that good at what they do. But more importantly they LOVE what they do and WANT to help.

Kristin Weberg is a professional, talented and kindhearted attorney whose abilities saved my close friend from 9+ years of "mandatory sentencing guideline" imprisonment. My friend was found with guns in his dorm room that he brought from Texas (Texas-sized guns). We needed someone to help him through the court system, especially after he had fully cooperated with his investigation and his time was all but guaranteed. I interviewed multiple attorneys, and came across Kristin. Kristin helped reverse my friends "dangerousness" decree and had him bailed with zero deposit. Kristin immediately helped un-impound my friend's motorcycles, so they could stop accumulating fees and I could take them off the tow lot. Kristin understood that community engagement from our school would be important: Kristin and I coordinated 20-40 people per trial date, she solicited student support letters and more, all of which moved the court to greatly reduce my friend's sentencing. Kristin has also continued to communicate with our university to delay administrative punishment until well after the trial, when my friend will be able to represent himself with a clear mind. Thanks to Kristin, with good time my friend could be free in approximately one year with no felonies, down from 9+ of mandatory sentencing with multiple felonies. Personally I found Kristin extraordinarily kind and professional. She was able to achieve a plea bargain against a prosecutor who seemed uncommonly difficult to negotiate with, and help save my friend's life from going completely off the rails after his stupid mistake.
